4. Winner is fully responsible for maintenance of prize(s). Neal Insurance Agency has no responsibility for any repairs or defects resulting from use of prize by winner.

7. All drawings for prizes will be held at our office. All winners will be notified by regular mail, phone, or email. No purchase is required to win any prize.
